Chris Oyakhilome: Biography Of The President of Christ Embassy Church

Chris Oyakhilome (Nigeria) is a television host, pastor and writer. He is also the President of Believers’ LoveWorld Inc. and is also known under Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child of the Oyakhilome family, and was born the 7th of December, 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. He finished his primary and secondary education at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. There he earned a BSc.


AAU also presented him with an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also holds an honorary doctorate of divinity from the Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was married to Anita Obhodaghe once, and they have two children.

Chris Oyakhilome's ministry
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome delved into ministry while in school at AAU. The Believers' LoveWorld Fellowship which is today Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was known at that time as Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship.

YFC has seen rapid growth and was the largest campus church. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the location of the headquarters of the church.  Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Believer's LoveWorld is home to millions of followers and associates all over the world.

Through its 2002 environment for miracles program, BLW was the most well-known Christian broadcasting channel in Africa. They stopped airing the program in May 2004, after the then President of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles shouldn't be allowed to continue by the churches.

Pastor Chris's Ministry includes four divisions: healing ministry, publishing ministry, teaching ministry, and television ministry. These are the ministries Pastor Chris used to establish the healing school, the environment for miracles and Pastor Chris's prayer network worldwide.

Future Africa Leaders' Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation is an initiative that was created to study and develop the leadership capabilities of Africans. The foundation supports young Africans who exhibit leadership qualities and positively impact their generation. They do this by providing education in youth empowerment, as well as mentoring.

The foundation recognizes these young leaders through an award ceremony named The Next African Leaders' Awards. Held at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena in Billings Way (LCA), Oregun and Ikeja The ceremony is 5 years old. The President of BLW Reverend Chris Oyakhilome presents an award to the winners.

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was established in 2005 with the intention of helping the most vulnerable, poorest, orphaned, and least fortunate children in the world.

Children and their families are helped by the foundation's participative and sustainable interventions. These include programs for childcare as well as child development programs and programs to strengthen families.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was created to improve the health and longevity for local communities. They also support improved emergency response when there are accidents or emergencies. The foundation's goal is to achieve this goal through community-based programs and advocacy, as well as health education as well as advocacy. It also promotes the national policies for trauma treatment.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome More than a thousand people have received first aid, safety and emergency response instruction through the foundation. Their record shows that they were able to educate thousands of students, teachers and law enforcement officers caregivers, road transport workers.

Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC).
https://christembassy.org/ The Volunteer Medical Corps, a religious outreach of the church, is dedicated to providing aid materials, medical assistance and education to people who are internally displaced as well as refugees from areas affected by natural and man-made catastrophes.

Chris Oyakhilome Biography The outreach team includes paramedics, students, and Christian workers from all nations. They provide support with emergency medical care as well as sustainable health care solutions for regions in crisis.

VMC also provides services, such as health services in areas that are not well-served and also training for local health workers.  Chris Oyakhilome Family VMC outreach is available to everyone whose primary goal is to improve the health of those in need and to provide humanitarian assistance.

Bible For All Nation (BFAM)


Bible For All Mission (BFAM) A christian-based organization, is dedicated in creating, producing and worldwide distribution of Bibles for everyone. The Bible is accessible in every language and format that they are familiar with. The mission is to help people to understand the Word of God and his life-changing message.

BFAM has been able to distribute thousands of free copies of the Rhapsody Bible to communities, prisons, hospitals, private and government institutions across the globe that include Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Philippines, Brazil, Egypt, Poland, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Turkey. Through the global network of bible donations and volunteers, this outreach was made possible.
